2M Consulting was formed in 2009 by two former executives from the New Home Construction Industry. Our combined experience spans over 40 years, covering all facets of residential sales, marketing, management, construction and development.
Our objective is to provide our client-partners with accurate and straightforward information, analysis, recommendations and training to enable organizational performance to excel.
Originally from Pittsburgh PA, Doug graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Architectural Engineering and earned his MBA at University of Maryland University College. He has worked in the new home industry in Maryland for 21 years.
Rich grew up in Long Island, New York before going to Penn State where he received his degree in Civil Engineering. He has worked in the new home industry in Maryland for over 22 years.
